Here is a short bio, I hope this serves you in finding the right fit in your consultation need.

I am a bilingual psychotherapist (hola), LCSW 75176 who specializes in Adult Interpersonal Attachment and Layered Complex Traumas and an EMDR Therapy Approved Consultant.

I have been practicing as a therapist since 2013 post-graduate school. I hold a BA degree in Psychology and a minor in Women’s Studies from UC Riverside and a MA degree in Clinical Social Work from Loma Linda University.

These three studies hold a foundational praxis for my therapeutic approach both in sessions and as a consultant.

On a personal note, I am a mama to my son and my cute pup. I have a genuine love for art and deep connection. Part of my core foundation as person is in Intersectionality and Buddhist Teachings. Favorite things to do every day, is listen to podcasts, drink tea & chat with my younger sister:)

My intention is to offer specialized comprehensive information through consultation in a person-centered digestible approach.
